‘The Revenant’ starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hardy is an upcoming movie that is going to hit theaters (USA) in December, 2015. The movie’s director, Alejandro G. Inarritu, has presented the new movie really well, like his previous movies. The trailer of the upcoming movie was released on Tuesday.

The trailer is precise and does a pretty decent job. It is focusing on main points of the story and establishing curiosity among the viewers. According to the trailer, there is a conflicted relationship between Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hardy. The pair starts off as friends, but later on, the relationship becomes bitter followed by DiCaprio's near-death experience.

In the upcoming film, Leonardo DiCaprio, 40-year-old American actor who has shown his caliber in almost all his movies, is playing role of Hugh Glass, a frontiersman who has set on the path of vengeance against his enemies. Tom Hardy can be seen portraying John Fitzgerald, who betrays Glass.

Plotline of the western thriller film revolves around legendary trapper Hugh Glass, who is wounded by a bear during a hunt. His companions leave him to die. Somehow, Glass manages to survive and plans to take vengeance against Fitzgerald and other companions.

Apart from DiCaprio and Hardy, Will Poulter, Lukas Haas and Kristoffer Joner will be seen playing different characters in the film.
