Miley Cyrus Sparks Controversy after Appearing to Light a Rolled-Up Joint on Stage

Rapper Eminem is having three reasons to party after he was the leading winner at the 2013 MTV Europe Music Awards held in Amsterdam. But, Miley Cyrus glinted argument after she emerged out to light a rolled-up dual on stage.

Cyrus opened Europe Music Awards of MTV by her famous song 'We Can't Stop'. She was wearing a space-themed silver spandex suit and twerking on a female dwarf.

Twerking is a type of dancing in which the dancer, usually a woman, shakes her hips in an up-and-down bouncing motion

US hip-hop star Eminem is of 41 years and his real name is Marshall Bruce Mathers. On the day he achieved his seventh successive number one UK album with the Marshall Mathers LP 2, he won the awards for Global Icon and Best Hip Hop act.

He performed on Berzerk and Rap God, the two tracks from his latest album. The Bangerz singer, who started the show with a performance of `We Can't Stop together' with a dwarf, earlier pursued argument for `twerking' with Robin Thicke. Cyrus after receiving the award on the stage said, "This is so cool. I was sitting backstage drinking champagne, looking at all those people, thinking I'm not going to win. I love what I do and I'm glad you see that".

The others achievers on the night were Katy Perry, One Direction and Justin Bieber. The `intergalactic' themed show is planned to be rebroadcasted in the US later today.
