After her French fiancée Olivier Martinez had a fight with her ex-husband Gabriel Aubry, Halle Berry wants to move to France with her family.
As per the reports, Olivier was now staying with Berry at their residence in Los Angeles. But since Olivier had fought with Aubry, Berry is considering relocating to France since she wants to move her daughter away from her father, who lives in America.
Olivier, 46, is equally keen to move back to his home land. It is reported that berry has lost the court case against Aubry to move her daughter, who is four-years-old, to the country.
Berry lawyer has advised her to move to France since the privacy laws are strict there. However, the judge has said that it is not in favor of her daughter, Nahla, to move her there. After the court decision Aubry and Olivier had a fight outside Berry's home at Los Angeles on November 24.
"The main reason that Halle wanted to uproot Nahla from Southern California is because Olivier doesn`t want America to be his primary residence anymore ", reported a source. Gabriel Aubry and Halle Berry split in 2010 and the judge has ordered both not to move from Los Angeles without court's permission.
