Hamas, which is a Gaza terror group, has successfully entered a ceasefire agreement with the State of Israel, as per revelations of a latest report. The compromise is being highly appreciated by Guido Westerwelle, who says that it is now far more important to keep a hold on this armistice.
The ceasefire, as per the findings, was very essential to end the violence being seen in as well as around Gaza. Recently, a bus was attacked in Tel Aviv, which was also sternly criticized by Germany. A spokesperson for the government Steffen Seibert is of the opinion that the present time requires an immediate ceasefire.
It is being said by Westerwelle that if the ceasefire seems to go breaking anytime, Germany would not stay behind to make it stay in place. He further affirmed that Germany has once again urged an end to the rocket-firing from Gaza into Israel. And Berlin would make every possible effort to de-escalate the violence.
Berlin, he says, holds responsible the attacks by Gaza militants on Israel for the spread of violence. "If the ceasefire holds, this would be a great relief for all of us, but especially for the people of Israel and Gaza", Westerwelle, German Foreign Minister, was quoted as affirming.
