Royal Caribbean’s luxury cruise ship is now available to view in Street View style

Royal Caribbean International has become the first cruise line to partner with Google Maps Business View --- a new Google product which unfolds an opportunity for enterprises to have their businesses photographed by a Google-certified photographer and featured on Street View.

In a recent announcement, Royal Caribbean has revealed that it has launched Google Maps Business View using Google's Street View technology onboard its luxury cruise ship - the Allure of the Seas, which is the biggest and most innovative cruise ship in the world.

As a result of the launch of Google Maps Business View by Royal Caribbean, the Allure of the Seas luxury cruise ship is now available to view in Street View style on the website of the famous cruise line. A few clicks on the website give the visitors a virtual walk through the numerous decks of Allure of the Seas.

Royal Caribbean's launch of Google Maps Business View implies that the cruise line has used Street View technology to provide with an immersive and interactive experience to consumers when they are searching for a vacation.

Noting that "consumers go online to research their vacations and this (Royal Caribbean's Business View) is the closest they can get to actually being onboard," Jo Briody - Royal Caribbean's Director of marketing & PR - said: "We are confident that once people get virtually immersed in Allure of the Seas' various decks and features thanks to Google Street View technology, they'll be eager to experience the real thing."
