As part of the discount deal announced by Microsoft for the 4.7-inch Lumia 550 smartphone via its online store, the handset -- which runs Windows 10 Mobile -- is being sold for $99 unlocked, along with a free SIM card from T-Mobile.
To be more specific, the deal available on Lumia 550 from Microsoft’s online store comes with the advantage of a prepaid 3-in-1 SIM kit with 40 minutes of airtime. The purchase of the Lumia 550 handset from the Microsoft online store will automatically prompt the addition of the SIM kit to the customer’s cart.
Microsoft has revealed that the deal on Lumia 550 handset will be available through June 20.
Moreover, as per the details shared by Microsoft, the unlocked version of the Lumia 550 handset comes with support for LTE bands 2, 4, and 12 -- and also LTE bands 5, 7, 17, and 28 -- but it does not include support for T-Mo VoLTE or Wi-Fi Calling.
