Motorola confirms 64GB Moto X variant; introduces ‘Try Then Buy’ offer

Motorola has recently confirmed that the much-rumored 64GB version of the company's Moto X handset will soon be available in the US. The company said that the 64GB Moto X will initially come to US carriers AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Republic Wireless. The availability of the handset on Verizon has not been disclosed.

Making the 64GB Moto X version official, the company said that the new Moto X model will be launched ahead of its highly-anticipated Moto X successor, X+1, which is rumored to hit the markets at the end of summer.

According to the pricing details shared by Motorola, the cost of the 64GB version of the Moto X handset will be $499; which means that the new Moto X variant will cost $100 more than its $399-priced 32GB counterpart.

Along with announcing the imminent release of the 64GB version of Moto X, Motorola has also revealed that, in a one-day promotion, the company is also offering an opportunity to try the new Moto X variant for two weeks before purchasing it. The 'Try Then Buy' promotion announced by Motorola will cost the prospective customers only $0.01; and will allow them to customize their handsets using the Moto Maker tool.

For users who purchase the 64GB Moto X version after trying it out for two weeks, Motorola will also offer 30 percent off promo code on select Moto X accessories.
