Three year old girl, Finley Boyle, dies after a dental process in Hawaii. The girl’s parents are filing a legal case against the dentist for lackadaisical procedures and not using the proper tranquilizers. The girl suffered from a severe brain damage after a dental procedure done in December.

The family is taking a legal action against Dr. Lily Geyer and her dental practice for mixing and making use of the inappropriate sedatives for the dental procedure. At the time of the dental procedure, young Finley suffered cardiac arrest. Dr. Geyer did not have any devices in place to deal with medical emergencies that might happen during the procedure.

Finley’s mother had formerly taken the little girl in and told that she was required to have numerous root canals. As per allegations of the lawsuit, young Finely was left under sedation and was left without help for 25 minutes, while being treated for the root canals.

Finely was taken to the hospital when she went into cardiac arrest. She was put on life support as she was insensitive after she had been given the sedatives for the dental process. Later, Doctors at the hospital told the little girl’s parents that she had suffered severe brain damage and was in a serious condition.

In December, Finley’s parents took the difficult choice of taking her off life support and as the result she passes away.
