It has been two weeks ever since McDonald's Corp pulled items such as beef and chicken burgers from its menu as its supplier Shanghai Husi Food Co. was probed for using expired meat. The company has announced that this week it will resume its full menu in some Chinese cities.

According to a Reuters report, tech giant has recently joined the AllSeen Alliance as a Premier Member. The AllSeen Alliance is considered as the broadest open-source project related to the so-called 'Internet of Things.' It was started by the nonprofit consortium the Linux Foundation in December 2013.
