Kristian Kostov Registers Best Performance for Bulgaria in Eurovision
Kristian Kostov from Bulgaria has registered the best ever performance for a Bulgarian artist in Eurovision song contest in Kyiv, Ukraine. Portugal has bagged the first rank in this year’s Eurovision, followed by Bulgaria at second and Sweden at third rank.
Kristian Kostov, 17, has become the youngest contestant in Eurovision to reach this stage. Kostov’s song ‘Beautiful Mess’ has received positive response all over Europe.
Portugal’s Salvador Sobral with Amar Pelos Dois won the contest for 2017. Portugal took 53 years to win the contest and 27-year-ld bar singer Sobral has achieved success in 2017 contest.
Earlier, Prime Minister Boyko Borisov wishes his best for Kostov on his Facebook page. Bulgaria has participated in Eurovision for 11 times. In year 2016, Bulgaria came at fourth rank in the Eurovision contest.
