‘Lego Worlds’ is coming to PC, PS4, and Xbox One in Feb. 2017
On Tuesday, Lego A/S and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment -- Lego's videogame publishing partner -- announced that building-block game 'Lego Worlds' will be coming to the PC as well as to the PlayStation 4 (PS4) and Xbox One consoles in February 2017.
According to the announcement, 'Lego Worlds' game is scheduled to arrive on the PC, PS4 and Xbox One platforms on February 21, 2017.
The 'Lego Worlds' game -- developed by Warner-owned TT Games -- is the closest that any Lego videogame, out of the dozens of Lego titles in the past, has ever come to treating virtual bricks in a manner similar to its real-world counterparts.
The imminent launch of 'Lego Worlds' game on the PC, PS4 and Xbox One platforms has been announced by Lego and Warner Bros. recently, via a one-minute trailer published on the WB Games YouTube channel. The trailer basically introduces gamers to a "new kind of Lego game."
Going by the indications from the trailer, the forthcoming PC version and the console version of the 'Lego Worlds' game will have the same features, including both online multiplayer and split-screen multiplayer.
