Deutsche Bank posts Profit in Fourth Quarter

Frankfurt headquartered Deutsche Bank posted pre-tax profit in the fourth quarter of 2014. According to the German global banking and financial services company, it made profit of 253 million euros. Drop in litigation costs and increase in trading revenues are supposed to be reasons behind the surprise pre-tax profit.

RBS Subsidiary offers Second Largest US IPO in 2014

Citizens Financial Group has collected $3 billion in its initial public offering. The US subsidiary of Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc priced the shares below the marketed range. It was said in a statement yesterday that RBS sold 140 million shares for $21.50 apiece after putting up the offer for $23 to $25 each.
